Connor joined Riis in 2024 as the Director of the Astoria Family Enrichment Center. Prior to joining Riis, he served as a community liaison for the Hunts Point Family Enrichment Center and as a community organizer for New York Foundling. During his time at New York Foundling, he helped establish The Bronx CTC Coalition, a network of nonprofit organizations in the South Bronx. This coalition, part of the Communities That Care (CTC) initiative, developed action plans to address key community issues through collaboration with local stakeholders. Connor holds a master’s degree in public administration from Baruch College.
